Is 91% isopropyl alcohol safe for electronics? I used some 91%

91 will be fine, it will just take slightly longer to dry. I've never taken it to a CPU, but use it on circuit boards all the time.

I clean my cellphone screen with it weekly and it's fine.

Of course don't use it when they're turned on duh.
