What does this even mean?
Are you just repositioning them?
Are you maintaining area inside the rectangles but changing the shape? Outside the rectangles?

I mean, the height of the third rectangle is piss easy, you just take the bottom location of the green and subtract from the top location of the red. But the second paragraph makes no sense what so ever.

Green.Y -= Jew doesn't make sense, it should be Green.Y += Jew and you should make it negative to go up.
