He's definitely got a dietary issue. Look at this pic compared to his recent ones with like zero body fat and subcutaneous fat. He probably is pretty adhd and brilliant but feels his problems are coming from an external source and that an ideology would make a world for him to fit in. He is obviously brilliant and I'm sure what he feels is fucked up in the world is truly a fucked up thing. Maybe his desire to combat what he sees as undesireable has honed his body processes into the polar opposite of what he despises.
