Probably the first year when I'm not going to buy a single tech product.
Damn SSD prices are skyrocketing along with RAM.
If by some miracle there's a massive sale that brings the price to a sensible level, I'm getting a 1TB SSD.
If not, then I'm getting nothing.

currently using a low-power CPU laptop and it doesn't quite have the grunt to do the simulations quickly

maybe a new compooter at some point, since mine is already... fuck, 8 years old at this point. God bless the phenom II and HD4870,still stronk as fuck. Only bad thing is the 4870 is not DX11, otherwise I would probably still try to push through with it.
