> FYW when YouTube finally has native dark mode
>>59919248
Thank god, my eyes. Up until now, I had to use (((Stylish))) to avoid getting my retina burned to a crisp.
>>59919248
I misspelt YFW :(
I'll stick to using the dark as my soul theme because it doesn't require cookies

#000000 is a bit harsh to the eye. YouTube's dark colour scheme is really pleasant..

I would tell you that this can be easily googled but they say people who ask simple question that can be easily googled are just want someone to talk to, so here I am free to talk, lets talk about Freya item build.
>>59919248

just use mpv plebs
Youtube had a dark mode for years.
But it never really went anywhere and sort of just vanished from the site.
I never cared much since I just did a global dark mode style that I could enable on most sites fine.
I had some site-specific rules in cases where there is a background-image set on some objects, or there were semi-transparent UIs that open
Then I lost it when I deleted Firefox profile to fix a bug and forgot to back that bit up*, and never cared to remake it.
I will some time. It isn't a huge priority.
What I am considering doing instead is writing a userscript that is injected in to every site, and it lets me select various styles easily.
This way it would be page specific instead of global.
Just store it in a session store or cookie.
*Same with the 4chan userstyle I had that collapsed the whole layout in to a grid layout.
Although in that case, I never updated it to the new sites markup when it got updated ages ago.
I also had another one that did the same thing, but also hid all the text.
I tended to use that on the image-dump boards like /c/. (or /a/ because it fucking blows cock 90% of the time)
