>>
Ngl that's a way better design than Spotify or Google Play Music
>>
Streamlets dont know but the point of lossless is editing without a quality drop. Might as well throw your money out
>>
just pirate and stream to whatever device from one of your own computers. you can switch bitrates whenever you want. no ads, all the music you want etc.

Its nigger design
I am not even kidding
Nigger design entails four principles:
>mate/brushed black
>neon highlights: teal, red, green...
>minimalism to a certain degree: apple color inverted vibes
>muscle to a certain degree: batsuit vibes

Well known examples: beats, mkbhd, certain alienware stuff, the black mate iPhone

They did a decent job copying Groove
They should drop the scrollbars
Also try not to look like the steam client

It's the same people who allowed phones to not have sd slot or laptops with only 40gb of storage because they gave you like 100gb ON THE CLOUD
>>
Nanisore?

is there something like spotify but free? that also works on mobile and allows offline playback.

spotify has been good for me, but if theres a better alternative im willing to try
>>
>>59921757

Spotify is barely scraping by as it is, mate.

Piracy
>>
>>59921757
Spotify Free is as free as you're going to get without breaking the law.
>>
>>59921757
People will tell you that Piracy is illegal but they're wrong. No one in the last few years has been sent to jail for pirating music via bittorrent. Piracy becomes an issue when you are a content creator (the person actually ripping music)..
>>
>>59914430
Sounds like the ultimate audiophile placebo.
>>
>>59911459
Why not just grab FLACs and store them locally or on your own service or something?

>>59911768
Eww, I'd rather cut my ears out than listen to YouTube rips on purpose.

>>59914203
>anyone who doesn't use autist software X, X, or X needs to go away from my special hugbox on the net
Winamp isn't even open source software.

My library is way too big for that.
>>
>>59930133

If they have a 10,000+ song library on their streaming account, would that even be legally possible?

>>

Locally hosted streaming? That would require paying for a VPN and a seedbox to avoid getting kicked off your illegal piracy tracker and getting smashed by your ISP for using said illegal piracy tracker, server hardware for the streaming server (you're gonna need a lot of storage), and additional electricity costs to run the server.
>>
>>59930339
i run mine of a pi clone
>>

>That would require paying for a VPN and a seedbox to avoid getting kicked off your illegal piracy tracker
No it wouldn't.
>getting smashed by your ISP for using said illegal piracy tracker
They don't give a shit.
>server hardware for the streaming server
You don't have a server?
>additional electricity costs to run the server
Literally pocket change.
>>
>>59914203

It's 2017. You don't need wires.
