What would be the most current and least resource-heavy browser for a 10 year old laptop with XP? The user is very used to the setup (and fairly old too), so I don't want to change the OS and the laptop either.

FF 10ESR works like a charm on those. Addon support is a problem so you have to block ads from the hosts file.
