No, the times I've tried to set it up it straight up didn't work or was slower than the dedicated gpu alone, and even if I had enough money for new ram (which I don't, and it's super expensive on my country) I don't want to take everything apart to replace it, this case is horrible for that unfortunately

If you actually did stuff that would utilize those cores and threads it would be a possibly good upgrade path but there isn't much for it. Even my 6700k gets better premiere rendering times than the 1800x.

I noticed this too with my 7700K, it seems to be better with 4k and 1080p h.264 exporting along with effects like stabilization My coworker has either a 1700x or a 1700 I don't quite remember but he can't really sustain long rendering times in Maya or Premiere otherwise he BSODs, even only overclocked by 200mhz. He tried getting a different one from microcenter and this time he can get 300mhz without crashing but long rendering times still don't work well. Anything that takes more than an hour will crash his PC.
