I'm looking for a cheap android tablet for my technologically inept mother. She wants to mainly watch movies, browse the net and read books. It should be roughly 10 inch.

All tablets are underspecced garbage with absurd pricepoints. Don't bother. The performance gap goes from "lag central" straight to "moderately functional" and never breaches that gap.

Just look at any Samsung tablet in your price range, the 2016 Tab A 10.1 should be good enough
