The scammer has most likely used mailing services of 1&1 Internet Inc., owner of free email service gmx.com. Use [email protected] to file an abuse complaint. Include the message with full headers as attachment.

[email protected] is a free email account hosted by mail.com, also owned by 1&1, so the abuse contact for that is the same, make sure you mention both the user of the originating IP and of that email address as breaking the TOS.
