Everyone here is like "Hey which programming language should i choose first?". But what about the actual skills you need before even thinking of doing it? Do you need math? Logic? What else?
Social skills
you don't need any skills, just time and being able to read
google-fu.
the amount of people/posts that I read that go like:
"I want to learn to code, how do I do that ?"
if you can even get going, coding may not be for you.
basic electronics, boolean stuff
basic calculus and linear algebra
and most importantly, discrete math
you should understand bits, bit-shifting, logical and binary operators (or, and, etc) and there difference
you should have some form of numerical analysis as well in order to understand iterative solutions better
also dont be illiterate and search through bing/jewgle for youre problems

What a load of bullshit.
You can learn biology without learning chemistry first, but when you get far enough you'll get to a point where you need to learn chemistry. Same thing with programming and math.
