How powerful is the Snapdragon 430 inside actually?

Seems like a budget processor. Not that I play vidya on my phone, I just want web pages to open smoothly.

works fine on the 410 in the Redmi2 (running LineageOS 14). not super duper high end smooth, but still.

I wish they made some new 4.5-4.7 inch phones with fingerprint reader. I hate the 5 inch meme
