So my buddy works for Microsoft and he used a macbook pro so his boss bought him a Microsoft computer and he decided to sell his Macbook Pro to me for $500.
First time Mac user here. Anything i should install or do to it to make it better. 2015 MacBook Pro 15in screen, i7 processor. Should i sell it and buy a better laptop or what?

Depends on if you like OSX or not, the 2015 MacBook Pro is still a great laptop but you could sell it and get a Dell XPS 15 if you want Windows or newer specs.
