You can make your own keyboard layout. Temple OS is open source after all.
I made a German keyboard layout. You just have to alter the scan decode tables.
https://github.com/Rion96/GKey

If you have an ISO Keyboard, you'll also have to account for the extra key next to left shift and AltGr.
If you want to make your layout permanent, you can change the scan decode tables directly in:
::/Kernel/SerialDev/Keyboard.HC.Z
and then do BootHDIns; to recompile the Kernel.
