I'm using chrome developer tools, and the video embed link just sends me to a "not found" page.
Any way I can save the video? If not, I'd really appreciate an explanation as to what's going on (why I can see the video onsite, but not isolated)

Look at the network traffic tab.

I actually managed to get it myself with videodownloadviewer (firefox add on), but how do I check that?
I'm on the network tab right now
It is streaming using an HLS format. There is a "manifest" file (I don't know the correct term) which has the data about the chunks. That m3u8 file is seen highlighted in the image.
Here is what was in the file:#EXTM3U
#EXT-X-MEDIA-SEQUENCE:0
#EXT-X-ALLOW-CACHE:NO
#EXT-X-VERSION:2
#EXT-X-TARGETDURATION:8
#EXTINF:8,
3df10a9f-e491-4a41-875c-0add1ea8202b.mp4Frag1Num0.ts
#EXTINF:8,
3df10a9f-e491-4a41-875c-0add1ea8202b.mp4Frag1Num1.ts
#EXTINF:8,
3df10a9f-e491-4a41-875c-0add1ea8202b.mp4Frag2Num2.ts
#EXTINF:7,
3df10a9f-e491-4a41-875c-0add1ea8202b.mp4Frag3Num3.ts
#EXT-X-ENDLIST
Each of those ts chunks creates the whole vid.
Once you have the url of the m3u8 file you can use your fav downloader to grab it:$ youtube-dl --list-formats https://s7mbrstream.scene7.com/hls-vod/Lowes/_media_/3df/3df10a9f-e491-4a41-875c-0add1ea8202b.mp4.m3u8

Looks like you found an addon that grabs it directly.

This is really cool, my dude. Thanks for the little extra push. I ended up with an advertisement video the other day coming from vimeo, and I thought it was just a cookie or something leading to a one time auth link. Didn't even think to look for an m3u file or ts streams.

thanks. Yeah, the add-on had a section called "masterManifest" which gave me a direct link for the video.

BTW, what developer thingy are you using? Doesn't look like chrome developer tools to me.

>what developer thingy are you using?
On Firefox: Menu->Developer->Network
On Chromium: Menu->More Tools->Developer Tools. Then select the Network Tab. I'm *guessing* Chrome would be similar.
But the image is off FF DevTools.
