So, I just got a new desktop computer (a Dell, in case that's important) The other day. For the first day it worked fine, but then it kept entering power saving mode for no apparent reason and restarting or crashing every few minutes, so it's unusable.
I just got it, I haven't altered it in any way, there couldn't be a virus, and it wasn't overheating. Any advice?
This is why some should not be allowed to use computers.

Why's that?

The only thing I can think of is a defect or something like that.

Refer your problem to the manufacturer, Dell.

Okay, I'll do that
If it is a software problem though just install Malwarebytes to see if there are viruses. Otherwise do a clean reinstall of the OS.

This actually started before I tried using the Internet with it, so I doubt it's a virus

Is that a reference?
