You can just download a driver for its it's not a big deal

When you plug in a USB 3.0 device it should recognize it and get a driver for it. Also your motherboard drivers should be able to pick it up

Cons: No NFS, NTFS is garbage (rampant dataloss), performs poorer than the last OS at both 2D and 3D dx9, proprietary, licensing of components/ functionality, has semblance of botnet but goes full on update.
Pros: Massive compatibility, best ratio of performance/ compatibility, lightweight @ nearly 500MBs of RAM on startup, less botnet.

I know this will make sound dumb because I'm just an amateur, but like I said before I already make one Kaby CPU using WIndows 7 for my friend and he already finished The Witcher 3 yesterday.
I test the FPS and it run the same just like any reviewer who test them in Win10.

Will a video card work with just a generic microsoft driver? Yes, but your fps will be terrible and features may not work. The same thing is true for cpus. Newer cpus will be using older drivers meant for old cpus and new features will not work. This probably won't be a problem for several years though.
>>
>>59852028
>but your fps will be terrible
Did the test myself and compare it with the Win10 bench, run the same.
>and features may not work
This is what also I'm asking.

>>
>>59852094
>Did the test myself and compare it with the Win10 bench, run the same.
Because intel has been doing nothing but refreshes and die shrinks for several years now. If a drastic change in cpus happens they probably wouldn't work well on 7.
>>
>>59852162
>if a drastic change in cpus happens they probably wouldn't work well on 7.

This just make me wonder.
Are there any Ryzen reviewer that use Windows 7 as their main test?
>>
>>59852218
None that I've seen. Some have done testing with games to compare them to 10 and in some cases ryzen was better on 7. Which of course led to speculation 10 was somehow negatively affecting ryzen.
>>
>>59851158
The version released in 2015 will end support, 2016 has been out for awhile. There are many builds of windows 10. With LTSB enterprise branches holding long dates of support as expected, and normal builds having much shorter periods of support so they don't have to put as much money in to older versions at least that's what they think.

Flaws:
- Made for end-users aka unproductive OS (95 % of the world). There are two hearts in the world, the creator heart and the end-user heart. I prefer the creator heart.
- Depended on third-party software to be usable.
- Overall a bad programming-environment, not even a good terminal.
- Third-party software, especially old can make the OS break.
- Needs to be restarted to update, which is not needed on Linux.
- Microsoft have full control over the OS, you have nothing you can say, absolutely nothing. Good luck in life believing that.
- The kernel is weaker than Linux's because it's a hybrid kernel.
- Not open-source.
- A big offer to malware. BIG.
- Customizing is non-existent.
- It's expensive, Microsoft have always been a greedy company, they want your money.
- Generel freedom is non-existent.
- Boot-up time is slow compared to Linux.
- Too much hidden files and access.
- Telemetry slows down the computer. W10 is heavy.
- Microsoft are slow at adding new features to Windows.
- Ugly logo.

That's all that comes to mind right now.
