If they're brand new, meh, that's not that bad really, they're comfy, relatively cheap headphones. Ya you could have got them cheaper online, but if you got them at a brick and mortar establishment, electronics tend to be a little more marked up.

If they're used you kinda fucked up, but its not like you lost $400 or $4000 dollars, so I wouldn't worry about it
