just on the front panel or also on the motherboard.
if the problem just exists on the frontpanel it could be the usb3 cable which is connected to the motherboard. otherwise ist just a driver error.

i assume you have windows 10? if yes try restarting it, or go to shutdown and hold the shift key while pressing shutdown

go to to mobo manufacturers website make sure all drivers are up to date, the driver may have corrupted itself because of excessive masturbation
