Install the LTSB version. The spying is more limited and contained and there's no shitware or ads, just the barebones OS. Be sure you don't activate it. You won't be able to customize it but I don't think that's a terrible price to pay for usability.

Windows 10 already looks like Windows 7 with a "different theme", the most significant change in interface is the start menu, you can replace it with classic shell, but I've already got used to the tiles layout since 8

How autistic are you to not know that you need atleast two PCs, one to install Windows and one to find the networking driver, and for any other isues search the hardware ID?
