I found this 6 foot long rod about 3mm in diameter and a rounded tip, it's very flexible and has a metal threaded base, leaving me to believe it's some kind of antenna, but it has no metal rod running through the center and is glow in the dark and it feels like ceramic when lightly bitten or tapped with metal. Could anyone identify it and maybe a price range I could sell it at?

Glow in the dark fish rod, for pulling cables, etc.
You could probably get $10 on craigslist if you had all the parts to the set, which it looks like you don't.
I use them at work for running wires through engine bays, etc.
