Robots will rid us of many service and manufacturing jobs in the next fifty years, you poorfags need to find better jobs

What do you mean becoming? It's been happening for decades. The unemployment problem today is caused by most unskilled jobs being replaced by automation.
We live in a time where individuals are constantly looking for a way to absolve themselves of any personal responsibility and demand government intervention to take care of everything and everyone. People simply will not all gravitate towards jobs that avoid automation or try and innovate around automation. This will cause havoc in every society as more and more people are losing their jobs, becoming dependant on socialisation and causing major social issues.
I've always been interested in CS and CE so I won't be affected except in that I'm going to have to learn "AI" programming and much more complex algorithms which I'm dreading.
