I'm using it right now. It's easy and I like it.

There are command line clients and plugins for nemo, caja and nautilus that let you do the sharing from your file browser.

I like it a lot. If you want to de-google yourself than this and an email server are all you would ever need.

been thinking about hosting my own email server, but i doubt i'd have the time to devote to keeping it secure 24/7. although, since i'm not a large target, it might matter less.

it's not in the repo, so I use owncloud.

I don't really feel motivated to set it up myself.

I use it on a VPS, it's better than selling your soul to Google or Ricebox.

Only downside is if you're on the phone app or web interface and have a big folder of images for chan shitposting, it can't handle it at all. I have a folder with 3000 images and it just sends the machine to javascript hell.
