I want to buy a duo core for cheap. Should I get a xeon 4572 or a quad 9550? How will it affect a GTX 750 Ti graphics card performance while playing Witcher 3 and Dark Souls 3? or should I use a cheaper GT 730 to not risk bottlenecking?

Witcher 3 should be fine on a G4560. If you need AVX and/or extra FPS, pick the i3-7100 instead
