Used the recommended combination of:
1. iPhone
2. 1Password
3. Chrome
It's always mentioned to be the most secure practice by tptacek on HN. Feel lied to.

your appleid password is compromised retard, go change it.
>>59806891
You've been saved by 2FA. Change your password and change it on any other services for which you used the save one.

You've got to be fucking kidding me. What kind of a shit eating retard recommends these things? Buy a Nexus and flash Lineage OS with no Google services. Use the default browser and keep your passwords in your head. You are so incredibly stupid that it hurts.
>hacker news
Literally script kiddies.
>>59806891
Nice bait
1password has been hacked repeatedly and still had open exploits
Chrome is botnet
You may as well have published all your passwords publicly on your tumblr
>>59807337
>1password has been hacked repeatedly and still had open exploits
source on this?
>>59807337
>1password has been hacked repeatedly and still had open exploits
No, it's not. Please don't lie. It's a sin.
>>59807401
It's true
>>59807579
There were a lot of discussions online and statements from 1Password themselves. It's just FUD from a second-rate engineer.
>>59806891
>Someone in Taipei
How very racist of you!
>>59807616
>I don't believe the facts, where's your source
Here
>B..But 1password themselves told me there product was safe! I'll believe them over an independent Microsoft engineer
Cool, you do that
>>59807293
Good job remembering 50+ password where each is a sequence of random characters.
>>59807646
Some article is BS.
HN discussion: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=10409040
It's FUD. Typical of second-rate engineer hired by Microsoft.
how DOES one keep passwords?
No password managers are safe, each website has different requirements..
I write mine down in a little paper book that I carry everywhere. But that's not safe at all
>>59806891
could be worse
>>59807747
Keepass or keepass2
Local encrypted db for all passwords. Can be kept on usb drives and decrypted when needed.
these FOSS blind fan 4chan autists are hilarious
please do me the favour of continuing to blindly use open source botnets, it's so fun to watch you beat to your wierd fetishes through the webcam of your libre x200 with open source exploits and sell all the data about your lives for cash...
And someday when I feel like buying a new ferrari, i'll just ransomware your penises for $$$.
Thanks for all these years 1Password. I hope you continue to be retards enough to not believe a software engineer at microsoft because he's shill.

Filipinos are shit.

Yes, but why do you post this?
>>59806891
>j.herrera
you deserved it Jose
You already have an Apple ID, so just use iCloud Keychain, dumbass.
>>59807656
I don't put random characters as my pass, i just created a pseudo-alphabet (1 character in my alphabet is = to 1 english letter) and write a word with it.
as long as only you know the alphabet (it must not be really generic or easy), it will basically appeal as a "random string of letters" type password
>>59809275
>trusting Apple to store passwords
>>59809303
I don't understand. You still need to remember 50+ passwords, right?
>>59809303
until you encounter a website where you need a capital letter and a special character
and then there's sites that don't allow special characters
and then there's sites that have 15 characters maximum
I fucking hate passwords and despite the highest security there's still billions of passes and mails being leaked on a yearly basis. fuck security.
>>59807747
WTF am I looking at
>>59811328
not him but i've seen something similar
someone spilled wine in their macbook and waited a month to try to get liquid damage treatment on the motherboard
it smelled and looked horrible like that picture
