Stop buying cables?

>fucking adapters are useful as fuck for random projects I have, but TOO MANY. HALP.
Donate to Goodwill. I pick cables up from there all the time, as do others in my area given how quickly the stock turns over. Shit's even better than Monoprice on both price and convenience.
moar.
>laptop power supplies. Super nice for high powered applications like 18v pumps or whatever.
>but still.
>too many.

God idea. These things worth anything to other people though?

either strip them for copper or send them to an ewaste recycler

I throw all my extra cables into a big ass box I keep tucked away. It has saved me numerous times in the past decade for when I needed a certain cable.

They are, but your problem comes from not being a known source for them. You'd have to hunt for these other people on your own and deal with their flakiness and such. All that for a buck or two each, moving stock at a glacial pace? I thought you came here looking for reasonable ways to put them to use.

This is what I've done and it's been working quite well. Separate cheapo clear ziplock bags by category in a big tote.
I can usually retrieve the less used cable that I want near instantly. Still have a shit ton of looses ones again though. They reproduce.
