I dont think this is the problem.

Actually I think this screen don't have enough brightness so everything seems too dark and black. When I make the brightness higher I can distinct more details on the photo on the right.

sounds like you got chinkt to me. I have the same issue with my Toshiba and the solution is calibration to curve the sharpening and contrast a bit lower than usual
