I think I imported my Cyberfox profile over using FEBE, though I had to do a little tweaking to get things back to how I was used to them. Enabling multiprocess makes a HUGE difference for performance, though you might need to force it like I did.

I have Add-on Compatibility Reporter installed so I can make sure my addons are multiprocess compliant. I still have to use noncompliant addons occasionally, including FEBE, but overall I'm actually surprised how compatible it is.
