You ever downloaded a movie with English audio track and some other shitty tracks of other language? Can I remove them?
Mkvtoolnix
Next question please
I've done this with Avidemux many-a-time. Just load the file. Go into audio and select only the english audio track. Then on left side of the main menu select copy for both video and audio and select the correct muxer for whatever type of file you have. The whole process takes like 2 minutes tops.

Does it do anysort of re-rendering? I wouldn't want to lose any quality on my main video/audio tracks

audio tracks is easy
muxed softsubs as well
muxed hardsubs is impossible
Ffmpeg does it in a few seconds.
ffmpeg -i movie.mkv -c:v copy -c:a copy -map 0:0 -map 0:2 movie.mkv
Youd have to adjust the maps to match the tracks in video.
