It's crazy how fast time flies. I've been on here since 2008, I think. I often wonder what I'd have been like had I not settled here. Would I have ended up a Redditor? For what I used it for at uni, a tablet + Bluetooth keyboard and mouse was the better option than a full laptop.
Lighter, held a longer charge, could be used as a book on a small desk with paper/tests, etc

I don't know what /g/'s rabid hate on tablets is about - they're useful for what they are.
