Also, you need to use secure erase for a HDD. For an SSD, trim it in Windows optimizer tool.

Use bleachbit like clinton or just DBAN. Shit just keep making encrypted file containers taking up all the free space then deleting them over and over. CCleaner is to clean out grandma's computer a little easier, not hide whatever autistic shit you're into OP

What program did you use to recover all of your deleted files? I accidentally deleted 50GB worth of shit that I was ironically trying to secure over cloud storage last night. I'm using recuva on deep scan setting, but is there something else?

Well, you might recover SOME data due to how wiping free space works but it does it's job. If you want to wipe your HDD clean use DBAN with multiple passes, wiping free space will never be enough. It's good for removing basic traces.
