/g/ I have what I consider to be a million dollar idea for an app/website, however my coding skills as they stand are merely proficiency in Java.
I currently have 0 money so hiring a somebody to code for me is a non-option, and given the meme I see on /sci/ all the time about
>le ebin any1 can code xD
I figure I'll just do it myself
My question to you is which is objectively easier? Coding a website in HTML or Objective C?
This being said I'd have to do C Objective C and not Java as if I'm going to go the route of an App I would cater to knuckle dragging iPhone users of the youth.
Furthermore if anyone could offer any advice it'd be much appreciated

HTML.

Welcome back.

Tell us the idea so we can better help you choose technologies.

Use SparkJava and Freemarker, set it up using Maven, and log with Logback over slf4j.
If you need a database consider Hsqldb, H2 or Derby for testing, and postgres for production.
Now you have a simple lightweight setup for your web application that you can compile to a jar.
If you want to build an app use Swift, not Objective-C.
Swift is easy as fuck

Not really much into programing, but if you are serious about your idea Actually Commit To Doing it. Find out what you want need your website and app needs to accomplish then find the best lanuage for that task. Don't just pick the easiest language because in the long run its better to start with the right language than having to learn something new
