you can't
It's dead, anon.

what the fuck is this?

>this is not about socio-economic class, mostly
kek, because they're all rich and don't want to feel bad about it
>>
Try a completely new language, and write small games that you can reasonably complete in a week or two. I did that, and it helped me get out of my slump. Good luck, anon.
>>
Oh, and just take a hard line and ignore any of the social justice bullshit you hear about in the programming world. It's lots of light, not much heat. The vast majority of programmers are blissfully unaware of all that crap.

It's pretty genius that the Jews were able to convince minorites that race was the biggest factor preventing their betterment, not poverty.

serious answer: Programming became interesting to me once I learned more about psychology, marketing and branding.
Just a basic grasp of some of these fields (ergo, human behavior) can give purpose to your work. At least if you are in the private sector, dealing with clients and commercial projects.

create a machine learning program that creates ascii porn
the journey will be interesting and the results hilarious

>not incompetence
>>
>>59752895
how? understanding of those fields is just going to value programming even less since you'll realise that it's mostly good management and marketing that counts in the success of a project

It's easy. These people weaken established companies by loading them up with ineffective managers and their ilk. Smaller startups - typically run by assholes who can't work in normal environments - are now competitive and start to absorb market share.

Companies that survive for generations typically do so by massive structural changes that would remove most of the middle management.

You can start by stop reading that bullshit like the pic you just posted.

While someone could argue about the existence of a racial bias in the hiring process of tech companies and such being cleverly disguised as meritocracy it's just plain wrong their plan to attack those issues. They just yell at managers to hire more people of different races, creeds and sexualities while managers pretend to listen, they do so because it easier to yell than to build a competitor or help socially fragile people afford good education.

Don't be those people, they don't care about computer science or the industry all they care is that fat paycheck they receive from the government/marketing department for yelling.

If you OP really want to love again programming just block these voices and start digging the truth of things, like reading and trying to understand the source code of products you use. You can recreate some of the stuff you like and never forget that programming is about sitting and programming not all the "movement" around it.

Are white people over represented in tech or something?

Yes, facing reality is the point.
I was bummed that I couldn't be a great programmer (very few people can be top in their field). But when you familiarize yourself with what actually works in the real world, it turns into a game.
You can actively take steps to better your life.

Stack your skills.

Reality has a racial bias
