Whats up with the next shit on /g/ lately?
Also no, not a failure, games like doom where made on thse machines and the company later got bought by apple

It's a marketing ploy by Apple. It just happens to coincide with their announcement of a new Mac Pro. I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if they brought out the Mac NeXTâ„¢.
Screenshot this.
The world wide web was invented on a NeXT.

That's like saying the WWW was invented on a chair. Who gives a shit, Jose?

I'm guessing that some "techtuber" made a video on NeXT recently and summer came early.

Microsoft's gaming division has been bleeding money lately irc

Until we have numbers this is basically speculation. I know the PS4 has been more popular but it's hard to believe the Xbone didn't have automatic adopters due to the previous success of the 360 and their continued working toward backwards compatibility.

In 1988, Steve Jobs basically defined the modern personal desktop computer we know today (albeit with monochrome video initially). It was as eye-opening as the iPhone reveal at Macworld 2007 was.

We should have numbers but MS shrewdly reports shipments of both 360 and Xbone together instead of individually. You don't have to wonder why.
An EA higher up accidently publicized that the Xbone install base was really bad.

Glad to see he always stole someone else's ideas.

I don't have time to watch the full video, can you greentext the ideas for me?
Yep I feel for it too
