For DoS, it would require 100GB+ per second going to millions of separate IPs in probably 60 countries.
To actually take down Google, you would need a team of probably 30 people spread out over the globe.

2. Cut cables going to their datacenters in the US (bonus points for underground cable since it takes longer to repair)
