Chocolate teapot. Nobody even designs UI using Adobe products anymore, Sketch + Invision Inspect can actually be viable in spitting out usable code whereas anything like Muse is just not good enough, if they coupled it with frameworks i.e. a visual bootstrap builder it might not be useless for normies but for anyone working in frontend it's always better to write your own code.

I do this but I do frontend dev and UX as well, a dedicated "web designer" doesn't stand a chance in small companies.
