It's a base64 code (a good indication of that is that it ends with ==, and only has uppercase+lowercase letters, numbers, / and = I think - hence 64, because 64 different characters).

Not sure if it's a javascript standard or just something browsers do, but if you open the console you can use the atob() function to decode base64 (and btoa() to encode).
