So I have a chance to get pic related from a grill for 100 bucks.
She says Samsung replaced the screen and battery under warranty about a month ago, but now the phone sometimes freezes and bootloops (which seems to be widespread behavior for up-to-date Note 4s /Edges on Marshmallow).
Question is, would it be worth it if I reflash with a proper custom rom, install a wakelock fix and keep it normie-app free? I only need GPS, Telegram and note taking.

My Note Edge is 100% fine on Marshmallow.
I still consider it a good phone. I probably wouldn't suggest paying $100 for it though, not now.
