In pure form? Not really. All the big companies took the code and made something proprietary with it. Facebook Messenger is a good example of this.

Would you guys be interested in our own server? I've had in mind a desire to implement a Serbian with all the XEPs I figure we actually want support for.
I also don't trust Russian services instinctively.
