Database decryption

Sorry for my english, but i need your help.
There is one old program called HyperTest for testing students. Some schools in russia are still using it.

The program itself (hypertest_1.0.exe) and three encrypted databases in the .csk format. And i need to decipher them.
There are two following lines in hypertest.ini :
Password=DZGPReElIb0ldymVJyMB6E
Password2=SFTS7fJADE7fpKh1Tcgv5PK6759+RRsmfx8gZiNdz2M
As I understand, the first line is the administrator password. It provides access to the database settings. And the second line is the password of the encrypted database. It seems like it is encrypted in base64.
The program developer wrote to me that he used BLOWFISH method. The database can exist in .ASK and .CSC formats
