You just cut off the leafs, put them in a glass and pour boiling water on it
I usually add a tea spoon of honey too

You can buy the plants at the supermarket here
Never buy the cut leaves from the regular supermarket, they're way overpriced and you can't keep them for very long
The leaves from the local Asian/Indonesian or Moroccan supermarket are fine though
