My teeth are finished. I drank too much tea as a teenager and they're permanently stained yellow from all of the tannin. No amount of brushing will fix this, and all whitening procedures involve removing your permanent non-replaceable enamel and weakening your teeth.

I'd rather have yellow teeth that are strong and never get cavities than white teeth that are weak.

Teeth are naturally pretty white. It's the shit food and all the drinks that stain them to hell. Also to keep them straight make sure to have good mouth posture. Teeth together and tongue on the roof of your mouth

Got my teeth bleached awhile back and it was the most painful experience at the dentist and I had my wisdom teeth taken out while awake.

You should ask your parents if you've had tetracycline antibiotics (or other antibiotics) as a kid. They're often prescribed for ear infection and permanently stain adult teeth throughout

My teeth stain really easily due to foods and tea. Don't do coffee. Once or twice per year I let my dentist scrape all the gunk off and whiten it. In my opinion it's not really worth it because a couple weeks later it looks just as bad again.
