It looks decent apart from that goofy LanParty logo. PCB could be of different colour to go better with that scheme but theres nothing wrong. Finally something that doesn't have that shitty and overdone "serious gamur" look to it

I had a 939 board and it was the worst motherboard I ever had. Sure it gave you a billion overclocking options and memory tweaks galore, but fuck if you could it to be stable. It actually turned me off of over clocking for good and I replaced it with a Conroe build about a year later.
