This may sound like a dumb question, but I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and have submerged it in tap water. To get the water out if the speaker grills faster. Is it alright to blow in the speakers to get them out? Or will blowing into the speaker grills weaken the rubber gasket inside the grill that's keeping the water out of the internals of the phone?
Give it back, aquaman
Just put it in the oven for 30min....

This! I repaired my no waterproof s5 that way back in the days. Works wonders.

You've not answered my question -_-

A simple yes or no would suffice

Yes, you can blow into the speaker grill without damaging the seal, though it will be and exercise of futility as it will do nothing to get the water out. Go ahead and try it. Maybe you'll realize how stupid this is as you're standing there blowing into the bottom of a small handheld computer.

Well I blew into it about 5 times. Each time water came out. J kept blowing until no more water came out. Wiped it with a towel and now it sounds as good as new. I disproved your theory.
