This may sound like a dumb question, but I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and have submerged it in tap water. To get the water out if the speaker grills faster. Is it alright to blow in the speakers to get them out? Or will blowing into the speaker grills weaken the rubber gasket inside the grill that's keeping the water out of the internals of the phone?

Well I blew into it about 5 times. Each time water came out. J kept blowing until no more water came out. Wiped it with a towel and now it sounds as good as new. I disproved your theory.
