Buy a used laptop that's supported by Libreboot. Flash Libreboot. Remove all speakers, microphones, and cameras by physically disconneting them, as it is the only foolproof way of preventing them from being accessed. Remove the hard drive and just boot from a Tails flash drive. Use a paid VPN from a different country and always use public networks like the ones at cafes or fast food restaurants. Use addon which would change your typing input. (to avoid typing habits coreliation with you) or write script yourself (for extra safety.
Use private monitor filter on your screen, of course, to avoid someone physically watching what you do.
