Wood gives the best intensity.
Electric makes the sauna a bit drier, but it's okay if you are lazy/can't have a wooden sauna.
Infrared is kebab-tier meme. Even a hairdryer is better.

Is infrared the same sort of heat a solarium has? Didnt the EU ban tanning beds? I tried a solarium twice, it was nice.

I have an electric sauna, its good to go after two hours. Before that its sort of mild. Probably undersized.

I have some aromatic drops for the water, I dont know where I got them from. The smoke sauna flavor is great.
