replace the battery if you can; otherwise, factory reset it (you can back it up beforehand) charge it up to 100%, discharge it to 0% while the phone is running, charge it back up. worked for my G4

I had my G5 for 5 months and literally just bought a V20 for $480 yesterday from T-Mo store. It's not a huge upgrade from the G5 but the screen is bigger and the headphone audio is kickass. G5 is an awesome phone bro.
