Is this going to give me an option to create an ISO and give me a license key? I want to do a clean install... Upgrade tool downloaded from the still free accessibility update.

Upgrade first, then clean install on top of that. The license key either will get reread from the motherboard or you can just call up M$ and have them restore your key.
Also check out ProduKey, so you can just grab the key in case M$ doesn't play along.

just disable autoupdate and check it manually, problem solved on Windows 7, you can't do this on Windows 10
