Have a 5x now and it's ok.. it overheats sometimes. Sometimes the mic doesn't work. Sometimes it decides to lag.

honestly, for most people, the limits of iOS wont ever present themselves. And for what it can do, iOS works faster, smoother and slicker. Same for the app store.
Aesthetically the iPhones are very pleasing, which does matter when you buy a device you will stare at multiple times a day. Although I agree the 7/7+ should have had a facelift.
I only have a few problems with iOS, like the lack of webm support, otherwise I'd probably just switch to iPhones permanently.
